This car is the Japanese equivalent of the American LEXUS SC300, available in the USA from 1992-2000, and in Japan from 1994-2000.
6 cylinder 3.0 litre, straight 6. Non Turbo. (the only P-plate friendly Soarer model.)
FIRSTLY: REALLY UNDERSTAND THIS: This car is NOT a dime-a-dozen, problem-ridden "1991 Soarer" which aren't worth more than $3000-3500 these days. This is a LATE MODEL, rare 1996 model, one of the least common ones seen in Australia. The Japanese equivalent of the American SC300.
So before you Australialisted bargain hunting low ballers start trying to price this at some early model, clapped out "1991 Soarer" price, understand what you are looking at here and don't even bother to try to pull that one on me.

INTERIOR IN AMAZING CONDITION: Grey, with rare UNBROKEN door trims, rare UNBROKEN door window trims, rare OEM floor mats, USA-only LEXUS steering wheel, 7" in-dash DVD/radio/CD (not connected), etc.
NEW RADIATOR (specially imported from Toyota Japan)
NEW CUSTOM EXHAUST (worth $1200) glass-type resonators and straight through mufflers. Nice sound, not too loud.
EXPENSIVE RIMS: 17" AME 3 piece mags. Worth $2500 with tyres. Tyres all 95% tread.

THE CAR IS MECHANICALLY PERFECT AND A PLEASURE TO DRIVE.
The bad:
The "front lip" of the front bumper I had to take off because it was broken
The paint on the drivers side rear quarter is peeling - like ALL red cars, the Australian Sun kills the paint!
The paint on the rear bumper and front bumper is rough - Australian Sun always does this to red cars, any kind, any brand.
Overall the paint is tired. It really needs a respray or minimally 3 key touchups.
Price is $6500.00. JUST BEEN RE REGISTERED LAST MONTH. A whole 11 months reggo on it now! The reggo is worth $1100 alone.
